Kenneth Montini, MS, CES, RRT, RPFT
Ken works as a Respiratory Therapist, Pulmonary Function Technologist, Asthma Educator, and Clinical Exercise Specialist in the hospital's Adult and Pediatric Pulmonary Rehabilitation/Wellness Exercise Programs, and Pulmonary Function Lab at Chappaqua Crossing. He has over 35 years of experience in acute care and rehabilitation, treating adults and pediatric patients with cancer, pulmonary disease, cardiovascular and other chronic illnesses.
After receiving his bachelor's degree in Biology and clinical training at Lenox Hill Hospital, Ken's first professional post was to work as a Respiratory Therapist. After a few years he earned his Master's degree from Long Island University, and moved on to direct several cardiopulmonary departments. Ken holds a Master's of Science degrees in Exercise Science/ Physiology and Health Care Administration; a New York State license as a Registered Respiratory Therapist; is a Registered Pulmonary Function Technologist, Certified Youth/Adolescent Fitness Trainer, Certified Asthma Educator, Certified in Advanced Cardiac Life Support, and is an American College of Sports Medicine Certified Clinical Exercise Specialist and Certified Cancer Exercise Trainer.
After 35 years, Ken continues to progress his passion and enthusiasm for helping people feel and say they are better.
